These Terms apply to all purchases made via www.tipuana.de by private individuals and corporate clients.

3. Services Offered
 

• Private terrarium workshops in our Berlin studio
   

• Team-building workshops for companies
   

• Sale of handmade / custom-made terrariums and DIY kits, designed and hand made objects
   

4. Conclusion of Contract

 

A contract is formed when you complete your order at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email.

5. Prices & Payment

 

All prices include VAT. Payments can be made securely by credit card or PayPal via Wix Payments.

6. Delivery & Collection

 

Handmade / custom-made Terrariums can only be picked up or especially delivered, because they are sensitive and fragile.
Custom made orders can only be picked up 3 weeks after they are created.                                                                                  
Terrarium kits and other designed objects can be picked up at the studio or shipped.
Pickup is by appointment only. Customers will bear the shipping costs.

7. Retention of Title

 

Products remain our property until paid in full.

8. Liability

 

We are liable only for damage resulting from gross negligence, intent, or violation of essential obligations.

Liability for indirect damages is excluded unless legally mandated.

9. Jurisdiction

 

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
