Refund Policy

For Private Workshop Bookings

  • Full refund (90%) for cancellations made 7 days or more before the event.

  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
     

  • You may reschedule up to 7 days before the workshop.
     

  • Tickets are transferable to another person.
     

For Corporate / Group Bookings

  • Cancellations up to 30 days in advance: 80% refund (20% admin fee applies).
     

  • Cancellations less than 30 days before the workshop: only 20% refunded.
     

  • Rescheduling within 14 days of the event may incur a fee.
     

For Product Purchases (Terrariums, Kits, Designed objects)

  • For custom made terrariums (designed and tailored according to the customer request and need) - no returns accepted.

 

  • Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of purchase.                                                                                                                                                                                      The request for refund shall be sent in writing to our email:www.tipuanaberlin@gmai.com">www.tipuanaberlin@gmai.com, no later than 14 days from purchase date.                                                          If a terrarium was picked up in the studio, it must be returned to the studio by the customer.                                                                                                                                             For other items - returns will be borne by tipuana, covering only the cheapest delivery option (if a customer chooses to pay extra for a fast delivery, tipuana will not refund the extra payment).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Refunds are delivered after goods arrive. Customers have a maximum 14 days after the official email of refund request was sent, to send back the items. In the event that items are sent back after the 14 days window, shipping costs will be borne by the customers. 

  • If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo.
