Service Description

This pilot workshop invites you into a new terrarium world — one that floats. Unlike a classic earth-based terrarium, this workshop focuses on creating a self-contained ecosystem built around a natural piece of wood, suspended from a cork lid and hovering inside the glass vessel. You will learn how to design and construct a stable internal structure that supports tropical plants in mid-air, while providing the conditions they need to thrive over time. We’ll work with a variety of tools and materials, combining technical knowledge with an intuitive, sculptural approach. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with your own floating terrarium — a living green island, both magical and resilient.
